Orders Processing

You can place an order via the website at any time, they are processed by the manager from Monday to Sunday from 9 am to 9 pm.

Delivery Terms

We ship all over Russia. When you place an order, please choose the convenient delivery method. There are two methods available: courier delivery or pickup. The average delivery time in Central Russia takes from 1 to 3 days (excluding the day of placing the order).

Delivery Cost

For the orders over 5000 rubles, delivery across Russia is free. In case order cost is less than 5000 rubles, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically and indicated at the checkout.

A tracking number for delivery status update will be emailed to you within 24 hours from the moment of placing the order.

Payment Terms

You can choose a convenient payment method for your order — by credit card or cash. Both payments by card and in cash are available in most regions of Russia at the pickup point and in case of courier delivery.
